Lahore Qalandars post 152 against San Francisco Unicorns

GUYANA: Shayan Jahangir’s half-century took Lahore Qalandars to a respectable total against San Francisco Unicorns in the ninth fixture of the Global Super League (GSL) 2026 at the Providence Stadium on Wednesday.

Opting to bat first, Lahore Qalandars managed to post 152-6 in their 20 overs, despite a 74-run opening stand between Shayan Jahangir and Shamyl Hussain.

Shamyl made 36 off 36 with the aid of three fours, while Jahangir made 61 off 50 balls, striking four sixes and two fours.

After the first 10 overs, Unicorns squeezed the run flow with wickets at regular intervals and never allowed Qalandars to gain momentum.

For San Francisco Unicorns, Callum Stow starred with the ball and picked up four wickets.
